For preparing banana fritters, take a bowl add the banana, maida, egg, sugar, salt and required water.
Mix it well to a thick paste avoiding lumps.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Take a table spoon full of the banana mixture and put it in the hot oil.
Fry it on medium heat till both the sides become golden brown.
Repeat the process till all the mixture is over.
Once it is cooked remove it and place it on a plate lined with tissue paper.
Banana fritters are ready. Serve hot as a snack.
