Cut the bananas into small pieces and boil it well in 1 cup of water.
Keep boiling till the banana is cooked very well and can be easily smashed with the spoon. By this time all the water must have dried up.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add ghee and keep stirring continuously so that it doesn’t stick to the pan.
Remove from fire when the mixture moves easily on the pan while stirring without leaving behind traces of water.
