Heat oil in a pan.
2)Lower the heat and add the jaggery.
3)Keep stiring on low heat, so that it does not burn.
4)Add the banana pieces and keep stirring.
5)Add the grated coconut and keep stirring, till u get the right texture.
:- The heat can be increased, if needed.
6)When the mixture becomes a nice dark brown colour, add the raisins.
7)Take the mixture off the fire and let it cool.
:- Serve with vanilla icecream.
