Peel and boil raw banana.
Mash it well.
Add onion, green chillies and ginger.
Add salt and mix well.
Make small balls, flatten and shape like cutlets.
Shallow fry them.
:- Serve hot.

Raw banana is rich in calcium and other nutrients and can be substituted for potatoes in all cutlets. Can be used as a binding agent.
