Slice the bananas.
Fry it in ghee.
Mix the sugar thoroughly with egg.
Add the fried bananas to it.
Cook it in a bottom thick vessel or sauce pan with closed lids for 10-15 mins.
Insert a stick in it and if it comes out clean then the dish is cooked.
Convert it to a serving plate and serve it sliced.

butter,sugar and flour should be of equal quantity,you should also add 1 tsp vanilla extract and there is no need to seperate the yolks,this can also be tried with self raising flour

I tried the recipe it was good and i add some chocolate powder for flavour and smell to impress my child.
This recipe does not indicate the amount of flavouring (using Vanilla essence or any other). So please don`t try this if you cannot flavour it on your own.
