hindi: Cheeni / Shakkar
malayalam: Sharkkara / Vellam
telugu: Bellam / Bellamu
hindi: Gura / Gur
Gujarati: Gol / Gur
Mix together eggs, coconut milk and syrup and beat in a mixer.
Add cashew slices.
Pour the above mixture into a plate greased with ghee.
Keep the plate in a appam cooker(appa chembu).
Cook for 30 mins.
