Ingredients

  • 150gms carrot (chopped)
    150gms french beans (chopped)
    ½ tsp chili powder
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    ¼ cup coconut (grated)
    2-3 tsp coconut oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds /rye
    ½ tsp whole jeera/cumin seeds
    ¼ tsp fennel seeds/saunf
    6-8 curry leaves
    2-3 green chilies cut
    salt to taste

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds/rye. When it crackles add the whole jeera/cumin seeds and fennel seeds/saunf.2)Add the curry leaves and green chilies.

Add chopped carrots and french beans, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Add + cup water and cook for 15-20 minutes.

When the vegetables are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
