Step 1

For preparing beaten rice carrot dosa, wash the rice and split bengal gram thoroughly. Soak this mixture in buttermilk for 6 hours.

Step 2

Grid the beaten rice, soaked split bengal gram, soaked raw rice and cooked rice to a fine paste adding required water to make a dosa batter consistency.

Step 3

Add in salt and grated carrot. Mix it well.

Step 4

Heat a dosa frying pan and spread a tea spoon of oil. Pour in a spoonful of the batter on the frying pan and spread it in circles.

Step 5

Drizzle oil to the edges of the dosa. Turn the dosa and cook on the other side.

Step 6

Beaten rice carrot dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
