Step 1

For preparing beef balls in tomato gravy, grind the beef with salt.

Step 2

In a bowl mix in, ground beef, garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, onion, oregano, parsley, garam masala, pepper powder and eggs. Combine all well.

Step 3

Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour on low flame. Keep it aside.

Step 5

In another vessel, heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 6

Add in the onion and sautT it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 7

Toss in the tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 8

Pour in the water and allow it to cook on slow flame till the gravy becomes a bit thick.

Step 9

Add in the fried beef balls and coriander leaves. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 10

Beef balls in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
