Step 1

For preparing beef balls in vegetable soup, grind the beef with salt.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix in ground beef, garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, onion, oregano, parsley, garam masala, pepper powder and eggs. Combine all well.

Step 3

Make small lemon size balls out of the mixture.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour on low flame. Keep it aside.

Step 5

Heat oil in pressure cooker and saute the onions on low flame till it becomes transparent.

Step 6

Add in the garlic and salt. Fry well.

Step 7

Toss in the tomatoes and garam masala and pepper powder. Fry it.

Step 8

Then add in the potatoes, beans and carrot. Pour in the water and allow the veggies to cook.

Step 9

Add in the fried beef balls, thyme, corn flour paste and coriander leaves. Mix it and allow it to simmer for 7 minutes on low flame.

Step 10

Beef balls in vegetable soup is ready. Serve hot.
