Step 1

For preparing beef -kathrikka cutlet, first cook brinjal in water and cut into half.

Step 2

Cook beef by adding required salt and water. Keep aside.

Step 3

Heat oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Step 4

Add cooked beef and turmeric powder.

Step 5

Scoop the flesh out of the brinjal and add with the beef.

Step 6

Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 7

Fill this mixture inside the brinjal.

Step 8

Dip the brinjal into egg and coat with bread crumbs.

Step 9

Place it in a baking tray and bake it till it gets golden brown in color.

Step 10

Beef brinjal cutlet is ready.
