Step 1

For preparing beef cake, cook the beef in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and required water. Allow it to cook and drain the water.

Step 2

Grind the beef and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 4

Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and green chillies. SautT for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 5

Add in the pepper powder, ground beef, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid on for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.

Step 6

Beat the 10 eggs in a bowl and toss in the beef masala. Mix it well.

Step 7

Heat oil in a non stick vessel on low flame.

Step 8

Pour the egg mixture in it and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

Step 9

Beef cake is ready. Turn it over on a plate and serve immediately.
