For preparing beef fillet with sauce, heat a pan and fry beef fillet with butter.
Once the beef fillet is cooked, remove and keep it aside.
Pour a little of the red grape juice over the beef fillet and allow it to soak for some time. Then drain it.
In the same pan, pour the remaining red grape juice, shallot, capsicums and cream. Allow it to simmer on low flame till it reduces to thick gravy.
Add in the white grape juice and allow it to simmer till it reduces to a sauce.
Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in salt water till soft. Drain the water.
Blend the potatoes with egg yolk and cream until smooth.
Set a plate with beef fillet and mashed potatoes. Pour the sauce over the beef fillet.
Beef fillet with sauce is ready. Serve with fresh salad.
