For preparing beef fried rice, heat oil in a vessel.
Saute in the beans, carrot, spring onions and salt till it becomes tender.
Then add in the cooked beef and saute it for 5 minutes.
Toss in the cooked rice and saute it.
Pour in the soya sauce and mix well.
Beef fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
