Ingredients

  • beef boneless 1kg
    onions chopped 2
    tomatoes chopped 2
    Gingerpaste 2tsp
    Garlic paste 2tsp
    chillipwdr 2tbs
    pepper pwdr 1tsp
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    coriander powder 3tbs
    salt to taste
    cinamon two sticks
    cloves4 nos
    Coconut oil 2tbs
    Shallots sliced 1 cup
    Curry leaves and corriender leaves
    Garam masala 1tsp
    Vinegar I tblspn

Directions

Step 1

Mix all all the above ingredients except shallots curry leaves and corriender leaves in the meat n pressure cook for 20 mnts
In a kadai (i used munchatty ) take some coconut oil n saute chopped shallots,curry leaves n coriander leaves. add the cooked meat n fry till dry n oil leaves the sides.add a pinch of garam masala powder n a little bit of pepper pwdr. garnish with curry leaves n coriander leaves.
