Step 1

For preparing beef in thick coconut flavored gravy, heat the coconut oil in a non stick vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Toss in the beef slices, tomato and garlic. SautT it on low flame for 10 minutes. Allow the beef to cook.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a bowl mix coconut milk powder and water until smooth.

Step 4

In the same bowl add in the yogurt. Keep it aside.

Step 5

5)Pour a little water in the beef and add in the soup cube, and lime juice. Allow it to simmer on low flame till the soup cube dissolves.

Step 6

Slowly pour in the yogurt mixture mixing it continuously.

Step 7

Then add in the pepper powder, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Allow it to simmer till the gravy becomes thick.

Step 8

Beef in thick coconut flavored gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice etc.
