Step 1

For preparing beef in tomato gravy, heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions till it becomes transparent on low flame.

Step 2

Then add in ginger-garlic paste and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Then add the tomato, curry leaves and green chillies. SautT on low flame till the tomatoes become mushy.

Step 4

Sprinkle in chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 5

Then add in the tomatoe puree and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 6

Toss in the beef and potatoes with required water. Mix well and allow it to cook in a pressure cooker.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well and remove it from the flame.

Step 8

Beef in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, porota, etc.
