  • 1.-Two pounds cubed beef (You may use lamb if you like) -One pound diced onions. -Cooking oil. -Allspice
    2. Cinnamon
    4.Salt and black pepper.


Step 1

Heat up the oil. Add the beef to cook and seal the juices in. Let cook in its own juices until most of the liquid evaporates. Add the onions. Fold together. Add the spices and the seasoning. Add about a cup of water. Cook on high heat until it boils, then lower the heat and simmer for at least 40 minutes or longer until the beef is tender. Eat with any kind of starch such as bread, potatoes, rice or pasta. Green salad on the side to balance out the nutritions.
