Ingredients

  • Beef 1 kg
    ginger 1 inch piece
    garlic 3 cloves
    salt to taste
    pepper powder 2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    chilly powder 1/2 tsp
    FOR MARINATING
    Soya sauce 1 tsp
    chilli sauce 2 tsp
    cornflour 1 tablespoon
    maida 1 tablespoon
    egg 1
    FOR MAKING GRAVY
    Onion 3
    ginger 1 inch piece
    garlic 3 cloves
    green chilly 6
    soya sauce 1 tsp
    chilly sauce 1 tsp
    tomato sauce 2 tsp
    oil as needed
    capsicum 1

Cook beef in a pressure cooker using turmeric powder, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste ,pepper powder and salt

Wait for 5 to 6 whistles and when its cooked , turn off the flame.

Then marinate the beef (keep the beef stalk ,we need this for our gravy) using cornflour, maida, chilly sauce, soya sauce and egg.keep it for 20 minutes

Then heat a pan add oil and when its hot start frying our beef.

When its brown take it out

And keep in a plate or casserole

Then heat the same pan or take another and add oil and add ginger ,garlic and green chilly sliced to it, saute it well and then add onion to it.

Stir it for 2 minutes and then add the sauces

Then add the fried beef

Mix it well

Then add the beef stalk to it

Add salt if needed , close the pan and keep in low flame, wait for 5 minutes.

When the gravy becomes thick ,

Add capsicum to it.

Mix it well

Our dish is ready to serve

Notes :

Cut onion in square shape, we can add or reduce the sauces as per your taste. Add spring onion for more taste
