Step 1

For preparing beef mince curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, cinnamon and cloves. SautT for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Sprinkle in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and salt. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Toss in the tomatoes and sautT till the oil separates.

Step 5

Pour in the tomato puree and mix it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Now add in the beef mince and the potatoes. Mix it well, close the lid of the pressure cooker and allow it to cook.

Step 7

Once it is cooked garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 8

Beef mince curry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, bread, kaboos, etc.
