Step 1

For preparing beef spinach gravy, first grind together dry red chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and green chillies to a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker and sautT onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 3

Sprinkle in the garam masala and sautT well.

Step 4

Toss in the beef, curry leaves, salt and the ground paste with a little water. Mix well, close it with the lid and allow it to cook.

Step 5

Then add in the spinach into the beef and allow it to cook.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.

Step 7

Beef spinach gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
