Step 1

For preparing beef steaks with sauce, marinate the beef with soya sauce, mustard sauce, pepper powder and salt for 2 hours. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the beef steaks on low flame till it becomes tender. Cook it on both the sides 5 minutes each.

Step 3

Meanwhile mix the corn flour and water until smooth.

Step 4

Stir in the yogurt, lime juice and cream.

Step 5

In a shallow pan pour the yoghurt mixture and allow it to simmer.

Step 6

Add in the chicken soup cube, garlic, pepper powder and tomato. Allow it to simmer till it becomes thick. Sprinkle salt if required.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.

Step 8

Place the steaks on a large serving plate and pour the sauce over it.

Step 9

Beef steaks with sauce is ready. Serve immediately.
