Step 1

For preparing beef vada, clean the beef and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Take a mixer and add beef, small onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, black gram, grated coconut and salt. Grind it well.

Step 3

Add the crushed pepper corns into the beef mixture.

Step 4

Take a deep frying pan and heat oil on a medium flame.

Step 5

Take a spoon full of the beef mixture and fry it on both sides till it becomes brown.

Step 6

Beef vada is ready. Serve hot for breakfast or snacks.
