Step 1

For preparing beef with mixed herbs, cut carrots, potato, onion, leek and celery into cubes.

Step 2

Simmer and cook the beef in beef stock for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 3

SautT carrots, onion, potato, leek and celery for few minutes in butter. Add this to the stock.

Step 4

Pour in the white grape juice and mix well.

Step 5

Then add in thyme, chives, oregano, sage, basil, parsley, salt and pepper powder. Keep simmering until the vegetables are done.

Step 6

Beef with mixed herbs is ready. Serve hot.
