Step 1

For preparing beef coconut fry, first dry roast the coriander powder and chilli powder in a slow fire. The powder should start to turn dark in colour.

Marinate the beef with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, roasted powder, meat masala, garam masala, 1 tbsp oil, curry leaves and required salt.

Keep this refrigerated for 1 hour.4)Pressure cook the beef with 1 glass of water and make it a dry mix.5)In another kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry onion, chillies, green chillies, curry leaves and coconut slices.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt. When it turns dark color, add the cooked beef and fry it in slow fire.
