Step 1

For preparing beef in salad leaves, roast the pine nuts and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the beef until done in medium flame.

Step 3

Add in water chestnuts, pine nuts and chives. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Mix well for 2 minutes and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.

Step 5

Spread the salad leaves on a plate.

Step 6

Take a spoon full of the mixture and place it on each salad leaf.

Step 7

Beef in salad leaves are ready. Roll it and serve immediately.
