Add onion, ginger garlic,salt to the beef and mix it well
Add 1 cup of water to the beef and boil the same in a cooker for 15 minutes
Saute the coconut with half of the small onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic till it becomes brown.
Add masalas and powders to the same and saute well
Grind the same to a fine paste.
Add the koorkka and the grinded paste to the beef in the cooker. Boil the same
Add oil to the pan and add chopped small onions and green chilles and fry it till brown and add it to the beef.
Beef koorkka ittathu is ready.
