Step 1

Cook the beef in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric and little pepper powder and keep it aside.

Step 2

In a cooking pan, pour the oil and add ginger, garlic and the curry leaves.

Step 3

Add chopped onion and fry till it gets deep golden colour.

Step 4

Add the masala powders one by one and fry for 5-10 minutes.

Step 5

Add the tomato and fry it well.
Add the cooked beef to the mixture and mix it well. Add 1 glass of water and boil it for 10-15 minutes until the water dries up. Your beef masala is ready.

I was all for a Malayalee lunch. Opened to find this beef masala recipe and wow was I pleased with the turnout! Mouthwatering, spicy and just done in a 20 mins jiffy.
