Take a pressure cooker and add shallot ,ginger and garlic to it.
to this add beef
then add all the powders and curry leaves
pour oil to it
pour water as needed
close the pressure cooker and wait for 5 visil or till the beef gets cooked.
when the beef gets cooked off the flame.
heat a pan pour oil when its hot
pour the dried red chilly
then pour the beef with the full gravy to the pan.
stir well and close the pan for 5 to 10 minutes
check in between and stir well.
when the oil gets separated and it reaches a roasted form ,off the flame.
our beef sukka is ready to serve,
garnish using coriander leaves.
