Step 1

For preparing beer batter prawn fry, take a bowl and add in maida and egg. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.

Step 2

Add in pepper powder and salt.

Step 3

Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.

Step 5

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 6

Dip the prawns into the batter and deep fry it in oil on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.

Step 7

Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.

Step 8

Beer batter prawn fry is ready. Serve hot.
