Step 1

For preparing beetroot ladoos, boil milk with saffron threads. Once the milk boils remove the saffron thread.

Step 2

In a vessel cook beetroot, desiccated coconut, sugar, boiled milk and condensed milk on low flame. Keep stirring it till it starts to thicken.

Step 3

Remove from the flame.

Step 4

Add in the chopped cashew nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well and allow it to cool.

Step 5

Make lime size balls and place a raisin on top of the ladoos.

Step 6

Beetroot ladoos are ready.
