Ingredients

  • Beetroot 1 no.
    onion 1 no.
    green chili 2 no.
    curd 1 cup
    salt to taste
    oil 2 tbsp

Finely chop the onion and green chili and grate the beetroot

heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion and green chili

add grated beetroot and salt and mix

allow to cook for 5 mins and allow to cool
