Step 1

For preparing beetroot wine, boil the beetroot in water.

Step 2

Then cut it in small cubes.

Step 3

Add 1 liter water and boil it again for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely.

Step 5

Strain it through a muslin cloth.

Step 6

Add in the juice of 2 lime and mix well.

Step 7

Pour this liquid into a brewing vessel and sprinkle dry yeast on top of it.

Step 8

Cover the mouth of the vessel with 2 layers of white cloth. Keep it in a warm place.

Step 9

After 15 days strain the clear solution into clean and dry bottles.

Step 10

Beetroot wine is ready. Use it after 2 months when the wine has matured.


what is the 3/4 kg of sugar for????


You can add (mandarine ) fresh oranges juice for better tast while fermentation .
