Step 1

Cut okra or lady`s finger into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients for the seasoning.

Step 4

Add cut okra and fry for few minutes. Do not cover the vessel.

Step 5

Lower the flame and fry till it is cooked.

Step 6

:- You can add little amchoor powder or yoghurt to remove the stickiness.

Step 7

Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Step 8

Grind grated coconut and turmeric powder by adding desired water.

Step 9

Mix yoghurt, ground coconut and fried okra along with salt.

Step 10

:- Serve with plain white rice or pulao.
