Step 1

For preparing bengali mix vegetable, melt ghee in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry for a minut.

Step 2

Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Add paanch fodan and 2 cups of water. Cook covered till all the vegetables are done.

Step 4

Mash the potatoes lightly and sprinkle garam masala. Mix well.
