Heat ghee in a pan.
Add gram flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till brown.
Once it is brown, leave it to cool.
Add powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well.
Add chopped almonds and raisins.
Shape into ladoos.
Hi i have tried this receipe very often. along with the besan just put 2 cups of rava and make the ladoos. the ladoos will be crunchier and tasty. thank you.

how can you make laddoos by just adding 2 cups of sugar to the boondi? Something is wrong with the recipe
