Step 1

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.

Step 2

Boil the Bengal gram in a separate vessel.

Step 3

Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.

Step 4

Prepare oma podi, sweet chutney, mint chutney and small puris.

Step 5

In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, small puris, cooked dal and mix well.

Step 6

Add salt, mint chutney and sweet chutney. Mix well and serve.

Step 7

:-Store in refrigerator for one day if required.

I am sorry to say, but this is totally not the recipe for Bhel Puri. I am giving the exact recipe below. The amount of ingredients is according to you. Ingredients: Rice puffs Onions Tomatoes Dhania(leaves) Lemon juice Salt to taste Sev Chat masala Tamarind chutney Mint Chutney Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and serve with some extra sev sprinkled on top.
