Step 1

Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and tomato into big pieces.
:- No need to cut the shallots

Step 2

Put all the ingredients in a clay pot(manchatti) and cook well.

Step 3

Add salt as required.

Step 4

:-If u want u can add a small quantity of coconut oil after the gas is turned off.

Step 5

:- Happy eating!!!
