Heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot add onion, ginger garlic and shallot and saute it well.
When its brown add tomato and stir well.
When it sauted well.
Add turmeric powder and chilly powder to it.
Then add brain to it.
Stir well and add water to it if needed.
Then add garam masala to it and stir well.
Then add egg to it.
Sauté it well and off the flame when the oil gets separated from the matter.
Transfer to the serving dish.
