Step 1

For preparing brain cutlets, clean and wash the brains well.

Step 2

Boil the brains in water for some time.

Step 3

Cut it into thick slices.

Step 4

Marinate the brains with turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder for 1/2 an hour.

Step 5

Take two plates. Spread bread crumbs on one of the plates. Beat the eggs and pour it onto the other plate.

Step 6

Take the brain slices and dip it in the eggs and then roll it in bread crumbs.

Step 7

Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.

Step 8

Fry the brain slices on both the sides till it becomes light brown.

Step 9

Remove it and place it in a plate.

Step 10

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 11

Squeeze lime on top of it before serving.

Step 12

Brain cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
