Remove the crust of the bread from 4 sides and cut into small 1 inch cubes.
Heat butter in a pan, till it melts completely.
Roast the bread cubes, till golden brown.
Boil the milk with powdered cardamom or 1 - 2 drops of vanilla essence.
Mix sugar with the boiled milk, till it dissolves.
Put the golden brown bread cubes into it.
Add milk depending on the consistency you require.
Mash the bread cubes with the milk to have a thick/flowing consistency.
Add milk and sugar as per requirement.
Today I tried, its very easy to prepare and taste was delicious.
