Step 1

Make a fine mixture of onion and tomato in a mixer grinder.

Step 2

Add all other ingredients into it
(except bread slices) along with water, so as to make a smooth batter.

Step 3

:- Do not make it too hard.

Step 4

Heat up the pan or a kadai.

Step 5

Cut the breads diagonally to get triangular shapes.

Step 6

Dip a triangular slice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Step 7

Cook on both the sides.

Step 8

:- You can cook 2 - 3 slices at a time.

Step 9

Repeat the process for the remaining slices.

Step 10

:- Serve hot with sauce.

Tried making this recipe..but turned out to be sticky on the pan and absorbed a lot of oil..can u suggest some options to make it better.
