In a pressure cooker put Peanut, salt and water and leave for 3 to 4 whistle
Finely chop onion, capsicum and raw mango
Grate the carrot and cut the bread into small pieces.
Heat the oil in the pan and add onion and saute it.
Once it turn into brown colour add capsicum, raw mango and carrot and mix well
Add salt and red chilli powder.
Now add peanuts and mix well.
Add bread pieces and mix well
serve hot in the evening. Bread peanut snack is ready
