Spicy bread pola for tea time

Beat the eggs with salt and fold in the plain flour.
Heat an oiled deep pan and transfer half of the batter to this.
Gently lay the bread slices and top some chicken masala over them.
Lay the cucumber and tomato slices over and together with pinch of salt.
Pour the remaining batter, cook for 3 minutes, and then top it with some cucumber / tomato slices and some masala powder.
Close the lid and cook for another 20 - 30 minutes.
Bread pola is ready.
