For preparing bread and nut payasam, powder the bread slices and cashew nuts.
Fry it in ghee till it turns brown in colour.
Add milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla essence and cardamom powder. Allow it to boil well.
Garnish with fried dry fruits.
Bread and nut payasam is ready.
Prepared the Bread Payasam . In addition, I powdered few Badam and added to the ingrdients, which gave an extra flavor and taste to the Payasam.
