Ingredients

  • Brinjal 6 no.
    onion 1 no.
    curry leaves 1/2 cup
    ginger garlic 1/4 cup
    cloves 2
    cinnamon 1 small piece
    fennel seed 1/2 tsp
    pepper 1/2 tsp
    corn flour 1 tsp
    maida 1 tsp
    rice flour 1 tsp
    red chili powder 2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    gram flour 1 tsp
    salt to taste
    oil to fry

cut the brinjal in round shape

add ginger garlic, cinnamon, clove, fennel seed, and pepper and make as a fine paste

in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, besan flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour, red chili powder,salt and turmeric

add water and make as a batter

add brinjal and mix it

add sliced onion, curry leaves and mix well

heat the oil in the pan and fry the brinjal until it get crispy
