Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillies, garlic pods, tamarind and till brinjal gets cooked.

Step 2

Grind in a mixer.

Step 3

Heat little oil in a pan, splutter little mustard, red chillies and the ingredients from mixer.

Step 4

:- Serve hot!!!
