Ingredients

  • Egg plant 1 no. ( large)
    aloo 2 no.
    onion 1 no.
    tomato 1 no.
    oil 5 tsp.
    lemon 1/2 no.
    red chili powder 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    bread slice 4 no.
    maida 4 tsp

roast the egg plant, tomato and onion direct to the flame,

boil the aloo and smash it

in a bowl add egg plant, tomato and onion and smash it and salt, red chili powder add lime juice and mix it

cut the corner of the bread and dip in the water and filter the water
