Step 1

For preparing brinjal sauce, preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.

Step 2

Prick the brinjals with a fork, then place it on a baking sheet and bake till it becomes very soft.

Step 3

Allow it to cool a bit and then peel the brinjals' skin.

Step 4

Mash the flesh of the brinjals.

Step 5

Add in grated garlic, salt and vinegar. Mix it well.

Step 6

Brinjal sauce is ready. Serve with steaks, boiled veggies or as a side dish.
