Make a batter with maida, corn flour and salt.
Dip broccoli in this batter and deep fry. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and spring onion followed by capsicum.
Add soya sauce and sweet & sour sauce.
Add crushed pepper and sugar.
Add water (about 500 ml) to the above mix and make it boil.
When it boils, add fried broccoli into this and allow to boil for 2 mins.
Meanwhile, adjust the taste by adding ajinomotto.
:- Serve hot.
IT TASTE REALLY GOOD.I TRIED IT WITH TOMATO SAUCE INSTEAD OF SWEAT N SOUR.THEN ALSO IT CAME GOOD.THANKZ A LOT 4 UR RECEPIE
